These striking dark, trumpet-shaped wild mushrooms are some of the finest flavored fungi we know. Strong, musky, and fragrant, black trumpet make a spectacular topping for salmon, or enjoy them in soups, gravies, risottos, or simply pan-fried with butter and garlic.
